Offering for sale/rent in Calgary, Alberta : Female roomate Needed for March 15! :)

Hi,
I am renting a room in my condo as of March 15, 2012.
I am looking for a female roomate thats is between 20-25 which is not required but prefered being that I am 21. I am looking for someone with similar interests.

Its on the third floor of a secure building. Underground heated parking, elevator, fitness area, balcony and lake view. There is a walk in closet, private bathroom, washer/dryer and plenty of storage. Rent is $500 plus utilities which are about $60(spilt in half=$30).
Its a great alternative to living in the city.. same price to rent, but its a safer neighboorhood, executive condo and theres a lake in your back yard!

The condo is located in chestermere, which is about 15 minutes outside of calgary. Its about 20 minutes from city center( some places in the city take longer to reach city center!)

I commute daily to the city, and would love to car pool. There is also two daily commuter buses that travel into the city dropping people off in the downtown core.. The condo is furnished with the exception of the open bedroom.
