This is for a permanent P/T Weekend and Statutory Holiday Evenings.
?Act as lobby ambassador for premier high rise residential locations.
?Assist residents and visitors with lobby ingress and egress.
?Provide personal service assistance of the highest level that may include but is not limited to limousine and taxi booking, luggage cartage, dry cleaning, and more.
?Provide helpful ?first point of contact? information in a personal, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
?Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy.
?Log daily events in Binder provided, and watch CCTV monitors.
?Maintain Comprehensive knowledge of building amenities, and emergency procedures.
?Respond to enquiries regarding services and building issues.
?Assist with package deliveries.
?Have an understanding of security issues in the building.
?Remain accessible to residents during your shift, stay at desk as much as possible.
?Provide excellent customer service at all times
Job Requirements
?Exemplary communication, detail oriented, decision making, organizational and inter personal skills.
?Professional, positive and enthusiastic, self motivated and dedicated.
?Knowledge of surrounding areas as well as events and happenings (concerts, sporting events, theatre, special events, attractions and more).
?Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
?Comfortable with computers and ability to search the internet with ease. A Familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Word required.
?Dependable and articulate.
?Well groomed at all times and willing to adhere to the building?s dress code.
?A Security background check is required.
