Guaranteed base of $16 per hour and a commission structure in place to easily earn $16-$22 per hour plus bonuses depending on performance. You will be calling for our franchise service areas across Alberta that are locally owned and operated.
**Please note that business hours for our sales representatives are subject to change based on volume and peak season demands**
Full-time: Monday-Thursday 12PM-8PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM
Duties and responsibilities:
Call potential clients to diagnose lawn needs and educate them on our various services and programs. Enroll these clients in a program that will both benefit their lawn and meet their needs
Call existing clients to renew their service or up-sell an added service to their current program
We currently use an auto-dialer system that is specifically built for our needs as a company which is easy to learn and user friendly
Meet or exceed the number of required daily client decisions
Enter order information into the client database
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is an asset
High school diploma
Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to talk and type simultaneously
